Ann-Cabell has been selling and developing Downtown Raleigh, North Carolina real estate for over 20 years. She is an urban pioneer who has been instrumental in the revival and evolution of our capital city. In September 2005, she opened The Glenwood Agency, a boutique style real estate firm specializing in niche properties located inside the beltline. Cabell is a highly motivated, dynamic woman with an uncompromising work ethic and deep knowledge of building, buying, and selling. She has tirelessly promoted and dedicated her life and career to making Raleigh a great place to live, work and play. Cabell is devoted to economic vitality and is a beacon for social services, education, environmental issues, and local arts and culture. On the lighter side, when not working with clients that seem to always become friends, she enjoys traveling, walking her yellow lab Irene (who comes to the office), a good spin class, some vitamin D and the next foodie adventure.
This is Lisa with her two sons, Garrison and Lupton. Lisa is the Director of Everything. Yes, that's a pretty broad title but the title fits well so we use it. We normally just call her Queen Bee and you can as well. Ann-Cabell and Lisa have been tag teaming since 2002, yikes, that's a long time! Lisa is an essential member of our leadership and helps create The Glenwood Agency culture, where Rock Stars do their best work. In her free time Lisa enjoys spending time with her boys (her husband included), rating all restaurants by their Ranch dressing and spitting out all rap songs from the 1990s. You'll love her rendition of Baby Got Back.
This is Jessica with her loves, Alisha and Livy. Jessica manages all of the rental properties here at TGA and handles property management and leasing for renters and owners. Whether it's a light bulb or a leak, she is there for our tenants. She is responsible for about 300 sets of keys and runs our booming Raleigh rental market. She loves cooking and eating out at some of Raleigh's most up and coming restaurants. She loves the Carolina Weimaraner Rescue (where she met Livy) and lives for live music and the only thing she loves more than Mary J. Blige is a craft brewed coffee.
